Have been a municipal and county recycling coordinator since 1987. Responsible for preparing bid specifications and performing bid functions for material marketing and projects from solid waste and recycling collection, new products and services and construction projects. I have achieved Recycling Certification from SWANA and Rutgers University. Served on the Board of Directors for SWANA New Jersey Chapter and Association of New Jersey Recyclers, Maryland Recycling Network and a member of SWANA Mid-Atlantic Chapter. Became a SWANA Certified Recycling Manager instructor in 1995.
