Andrea Rodriguez-Piñero is a chemical engineer with proven experience in DBO (Design, Build and Operate) Single-Stream Recycling Materials Facilities. She oversees operations in single-stream facilities in both Dallas and Houston MRFs, including design, construction and operations, P&L and business development. The Dallas and Houston facilities were recently awarded as the Recycling Facility of the Year, recognized for its innovation, quality of material and sustainability.
