Is the Manager of Recycling and Administration for the University of Maryland. She is responsible for operations, personnel, and finances for the Recycling, Solid Waste, and Special Services units.
Jessica lived in North Carolina where she worked in Recycling, Solid Waste, and Fleet Management for Duke University. She has earned a Bachelor’s degree in Natural Resource Management and has certifications through SWANA in Compost, Recycling, Collections, Landfill Operations, and Integrated Solid Waste Management. She is currently on the Board of Directors for the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of SWANA.
