Jeffrey J. Breedlove, PE is a professional engineer with 30 years of experience working in the solid waste industry. Breedlove has performed engineering design, construction oversight, and operations consulting on hundreds of projects at more than 80 solid waste facilities in 12 states. He has a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Mississippi State University and is a registered professional engineer in eight states. Breedlove is a Principal with Promus Engineering, LLC, a consulting civil engineering firm dedicated to serving the solid waste industry throughout the southeast United States.
