Rachel Weinberg is a Consultant at Raftelis. She works with local governments on solid waste and stormwater management, financial modeling and rate development, and affordability. Weinberg has worked with the City of Memphis since 2021 to evaluate monthly and annual spending trends, assess financial needs, and update rates for the City’s solid waste management program. Rachel holds a Master of Environmental Management degree from Duke University and a Bachelor’s in Biology from Hamilton College.
