Bradley Kelley Kelley is the Senior Project Engineer at Gershman, Brickner & Bratton, Inc. He has over 20 years of engineering design experience, both as a consultant and in the private sector. He has worked with equipment manufacturers on the concept and design of various processing systems for Municipal Solid Waste (MSW), single stream recycling, construction and demolition debris (C&D), biomass, and waste-to-energy projects. Notably, he is the concept designer of two facilities—a single stream processing facility and a C&D processing facility—that received Gold Excellence Awards from the Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA). These awards recognize outstanding solid waste facilities that demonstrate excellence through their commitment to effective technologies and processes in system design and operations.
As a design engineer, Mr. Kelley has utilized 3D computerized drafting technology for component manufacturing and processing layouts. He also possesses hands-on skills with system installations and has experience in hydraulics, electrical systems, and logic programming. Additionally, he has recent experience in GIS mapping, waste characterization studies, and MRF facility assessments.
