Timothy Minor serves as the Director for OSHA’s Fort Worth Area Office, which covers 39 counties. His team includes two Assistant Area Directors, one Compliance Assistance Specialist, 14 Compliance Safety Health Officers, and one Management Program Assistant.
Before joining OSHA, Minor served two years in the United States Navy. Upon honorable discharge, he served in the Dallas Veterans Administration hospital for 16 years, where he was promoted to the position of Safety and Health Specialist. Since being hired by OSHA in 2008 as a Compliance Safety Health Officer, Minor’s work efforts have earned him progressive levels of recognition, ranging from Good Job awards to Outstanding Service Awards.
Minor earned his Associates of Applied Science degree from Columbia Southern University.
