Joining the Balcones team in 2023, Caroline Ogburn brings with her a diverse skillset underpinned by her passion for recycling and the environment. She is responsible for coordinating Balcones’ responses to municipal RFPs, identifying new markets and opportunities, and managing the development and execution of new projects. Starting her career working in live music and events, Ogburn has an appreciation for heavy equipment and tight timelines, viewing her role in the recycling world as another job working backstage – for our urban society rather than concerts.
