Caleb Moore is a Vice President for Tetra Tech Solid Waste West and has over 25 years of solid waste and civil engineering experience. This has included managing the design of landfill liner systems, leachate collection systems, final cover systems, and design of grading, drainage, and earthwork improvements. He has overseen the preparation of construction plans and specifications and provided engineering support during the construction of a variety of landfill improvements. He has also lead infrastructure improvement designs and construction at landfills and transfer stations including buildings, solar, resource agency mitigation, transportation, power, and landslide mitigation projects. Throughout his career, Caleb has managed multi-disciplined design teams, negotiated and interfaced with local regulatory agencies, and coordinated with project stakeholders.
