Mr. Arbogast has 39 years of experience in public works management and the oversight of municipal Capital Improvement Programs. He has overseen the planning, design, and construction of improvements to streets, bridges, sewers, storm drains, building, and public recreational facilities. He has directed public works departments with more than 100 employees and annual operated budgets of more than $20 million. Mr. Arbogast has also served on a technical advisory committee tasked with evaluating improvements to freeways and major arterial roadways in Los Angeles County. In addition, he has specialized experience in evaluating reductions in public works expenditures while maintaining high levels of service to the local community.
