Tom Bilgri is the manager of biogas engineering services for Tetra Tech with more than 3o years of landfill gas (LFG) management system engineering and operations experience. Mr. Bilgri has been engaged in numerous beneficial-use projects including direct sale, electrical generation, compressed natural gas (CNG), and high BTU gas (RNG) production facilities with a focus on developing LFG reserves and efficiently completing projects for a wide range of clients.
Tom currently serves as the Chair of the Program Committee for the LFG/Biogas Technical Division.
