Mr. Agnoli is a certified Professional Geologist with over 15 years of professional experience. His experience includes environmental monitoring for various media (groundwater, surface water, stormwater soil, air, landfill gas, and leachate), and environmental reporting and statistical analysis with a focus on RCRA and pre-RCRA landfills. He has been directly responsible for providing oversight on remedial excavations, remediation system installations, and general remedial system operation and maintenance. Mr. Agnoli holds a Bachelors degree in Environmental Geoscience from West Virginia University, and a Masters in Geography and Environmental Planning from Towson University.
