Joseph P. Curro, P.E., BCEE is a Principal Engineer in the Environmental Service Group of CDM Smith and is Discipline Leader for the Landfill Gas group. Mr. Curro has over 50 years experience in combustion, waste to energy, incineration, biosolids treatment, leachate handling, landfill gas production and reuse, landfill design and development of innovative, combustion based systems. Mr. Curro is a Registered Professional Engineer in four states and is a Board Certified Environmental Engineer with the American Academy of Environmental Engineers and Scientists. He has published many papers and made many presentations on various topics relating to Solid Waste and Environmental Engineering.
