Bill has 32 years of wastewater consulting experience, 20 with Ramboll. Mr. Meinert has a BSCE (Notre Dame), MSCE and MBA (Pittsburgh), and is a PE in 10 states. He is the Wastewater Practice Leader (public-sector) for Ramboll, and the project officer for the subject project that involves landfill leachate treatability testing, PFAS analyses, and collaboration with the local POTW evaluating a centralized treatment and overall regulatory compliance approach.
