Scott Martin is an engineer and project manager in Burns & McDonnell’s environmental services practice and has more than 17 years of experience in biogas conveyance, treatment, beneficial use, and regulatory compliance. He has served as lead engineer for multiple biogas beneficial use engineer- procure-construct (EPC) projects, from preliminary feasibility through commissioning and management of ongoing environmental compliance programs. He has extensive environmental permitting experience (air, solid waste, beneficial use), and direct experience in preparing environmental permit application documents and operating plans for all types of biogas generation facilities. Scott’s core engineering competencies include gas process engineering, mechanical and civil design, and overall balance of plant facility design.
