Mr. Wilks is the Regional Manager and Vice President for SCS Engineers’ Operations, Maintenance, and Monitoring business unit. His responsibilities encompass all phases of environmental compliance relating to landfills. He has over 30 years of experience in landfill systems design, integration, and installation in addition to experience in automated control systems. He is responsible for managing personnel in the Field Services Central Region and is the client services manager for all aspects of projects including initial design requirements, coordination of designs, construction implementation, and operations management.

Mr. Wilks has participated in multiple system design, installation, and operations projects. He is the senior system trouble investigator for landfill gas (LFG), high H2S, and leachate management systems, including all aspects of equipment and systems design, installation, and operations. He is currently responsible for directing remedial operations at several problematic/reactive sites experiencing sub-surface oxidation events, and/or high H2S .
