Mr. William Dillon is a solid waste professional with over 21 years of experience in the LFG industry. Currently employed with SCS Field Services, Mr. Dillon serves as a Great Lakes area project manager focusing on operations, maintenance, and monitoring (OM&M) of landfill gas collection and control systems. He is highly skilled in LFG tuning, troubleshooting, and compliance monitoring on a wide variety of landfill sites, and is proficient in the use of various field instrumentation and techniques required to conduct environmental monitoring for site compliance and LFG system effectiveness.
Mr. Dillon has supervised initial GCCS system start-ups and balancing, gas quality optimization for use in LFG-to-energy projects, gas flare/mechanical equipment troubleshooting, and repair, as well as landfill liquid dewatering systems O&M while taking a unique hands-on approach. He has previously managed field services groups with several environmental companies specializing in landfill GCCS OM&M.
