Nicole Burkhardt has worked for the Delaware Solid Waste Authority for over 14 years and currently serves as a Landfill Gas Engineer with a focus on regulatory compliance across the State. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering and Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware and is both a Professional Engineer and Board Certified Environmental Engineer. She has been a member of SWANA for over 10 years and currently serves as the Division Director of the Landfill Gas and Biogas Technical Division.
