Sustainable Materials Management Track at SOAR 2024

This track has been curated by the Sustainable Materials Management (SMM) Technical Division.
The division is currently focusing on:

  • Building public trust to mitigate/eliminate public trust in private and public organizations
  • Legislation, Regulations, and Grant programs – interest in proposed and recently passed at the state and federal levels, particularly around EPR, PFAS, organics management, and recycling infrastructure
  • Emerging food scraps and organics program management – including technology, communication, and program implementation
