He has worked on Waste Containment Facilities in the Western United States and Internationally; worked with Local, State, and Federal Regulatory Agencies; and worked for 3.5 Years as a Solid Waste Permitter for the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE).
He has experience with Landfill Gas Reporting, Modeling, and Permitting and with Composting Design and Permitting.
