Christopher Toevs, PE, is an accomplished applied solid waste engineer with experience in PaDEP permitting, landfill cell development, and MSE wall construction. Currently serving as the Facility Engineer at the Chester County Solid Waste Authority, Toevs has played a pivotal role in advancing the organization's civil and environmental engineering objectives. His leadership is evident in successfully managing a diverse team dedicated to developing and improving capital infrastructure at the Lanchester Landfill. With a Master of Environmental Engineering from Penn State University, Toevs concentrated on water quality and wastewater treatment, specializing in landfill leachate treatment solutions. Beyond engineering, he is a licensed FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot, utilizing drone technology to deliver high-quality engineering-grade deliverables.
