Steve Carl, a native Arizonan, graduated from the University of Arizona in Agriculture before becoming the Agronomy Manager for a 21,000 acre cotton farm in Fresno, CA. After farming he joined the family business developing chemistry and contract servicing for cleaning water and waste water piping systems. This included a 10 year worldwide contract for chemical cleaning for the US Navy. He also completed the American Graduate School of International Management Global Leadership Program, the John Maxwell Leadership Program and is a Colson Fellow. Steven formed Progressive Environmental Service in 2009 to focus on Solid Waste, Water and Waste Water chemical cleaning.
Steve currently lives in Portsmouth Virginia with his wife Kay, they have 4 grown children and 6 grandchildren.
