Dr. Lebel has over 35 years of experience in the field of environmental engineering in California and other states, and is an expert in treatment of hazardous and non-hazardous landfill leachate and LFG condensate for reuse and disposal applications. As the president of Invirotreat, Dr. Lebel was responsible for design, permitting and operations support of numerous municipal and industrial wastewater treatment projects in the US. His expertise as a Process Engineer/Manager include advanced biophysical MBR treatment systems that achieve complete removal of organic contaminants, and other pollutants of concern. During the past three years, Dr. Lebel performed successful pilot testing programs for organic pollutants and PFAS, evaluating practical technologies to achieve the expected stringent limits for PFAS compounds.
