Mr. Penoyer has 28 years of experience in the landfill gas industry. He is a Senior Manager of Landfill Gas Operations at Republic Services. In this role he is responsible for technical direction for the company's employees and consultants related to the design, construction, and management of landfill gas collection and control systems.

He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Management from the University of Florida and is a registered Professional Engineer.
