As the Design and Technology Manager at The Connective, Jake leads the design and implementation of smart city technologies across the Greater Phoenix Metro region. In his role, Jake works with city leaders on human-centered design and equitable technology impact with over 14 years of experience and projects spanning circular economies, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, immersive technologies, creative and behavioral design.
