Joe Giudice currently serves as Deputy Solid Waste Director at the City of Mesa. In his career Joe has led Environmental Services and Public Works, including solid waste and recycling programs in Arizona for nearly 30 years. Joe recently retired from the City of Phoenix as the Public Works Director responsible for leading a department of 1200 employees. Joe has been a leader in recycling programs and circular economy initiatives. Joe has a master’s degree in public administration from Arizona State University and serves as Chair of the American Public Works Association, Solid Waste Technical Committee.
