Anastasia Welch is a Vice President of SCS Engineers and is responsible for directing operations in the Central region of the United States, including offices in Denver, Omaha, Des Moines, Cincinnati, St. Louis Kansas City, Wichita, Oklahoma City, and Little Rock. She has over 24 years of experience focused almost entirely on the solid waste industry. She completes work for both private and municipally owned landfill facilities, including such issues as groundwater, landfill design and permitting, CQA oversight, volume calculations, and alternative cover design. She is a licensed Professional Engineer in Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, and North Dakota. Anastasia is a past director for the Landfill Management Technical Division and is currently the Co-Chair of the Landfill Rebranding Committee.
