Elizabeth Montoya is Rubicon’s Chief of Protocol and Investor Relations, leading communications to Rubicon’s investors and its board of directors. Montoya also oversees thought leadership strategy with key corporate partners, including the Wharton School’s Initiative for Global Environmental Leadership (IGEL), the United Nations Global Compact, and B Lab, which governs B Corporation Certification, among others. Montoya is the co-author of the RUBICONMethod™, Rubicon’s six-step guide to successful recycling and waste reduction.

Montoya also holds a seat on Rubicon’s Board of Directors.
