Mark Welch has been talking trash for the past 23 years & has traveled the world, visiting over 60 countries, thousands of cities & educating thousands of landfill customers about machines, performance, customer requirements & future designs. He has been with Caterpillar since 1974 and held various roles throughout the company from working in the factory as a Machinist, Manufacturing Engineer and currently the Product Application and Industry Specialist for Landfill Compactors.
