After nearly 30 years, I retired as the Chief Operating Officer for the City of Houston, Texas. I also spent nearly 14 years as Director of the Solid Waste Management Department. Since retiring, I now consult with public and private entities on government operations, solid waste operations and disaster management. Golf is never too far away, however, as it has been a lifelong passion and pleasure.
