Jason Timmons has been an engineer for the Sarasota County Solid Waste Department in Florida for over 9 years. Before his time with Sarasota County, Jason worked as an engineering consultant for over 10 years serving many municipal and private clients throughout Florida. He has experience in landfill bottom liner, closure, gas management system, and leachate collection system design, permitting, and construction. Jason has served as a director for the SWANA Florida Chapter and is the chapter’s current vice president.
