Nicole founded Mind Moves, a Washington DC-based consultancy, to solve for the human side of complex transitions in the areas of organizational development, process, technology, culture, and environmental sustainability. She has advised corporations and government – including Nestlé, AECOM, Levi Strauss & Co., the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the National Institutes of Health (NIH) – using innovative strategies and technical approaches. Nicole is a Certified Change Management Professional™ (CCMP™) and a Quality Education Provider (QEP) for the Association of Change Management Professionals® (ACMP®) with a BS in Information Technology from the University of Maryland and an MBA in Sustainable Business from San Francisco State University
