James Lapp
James has over 40 years of experience in Solid Waste Management. His experience includes regulations, operations, planning, and design of Compost facilities, collection systems, transfer stations, landfills, recycling, and disaster debris.
He is a SWANA-approved faculty member in the following disciplines: Landfill Management, Compost Systems, Transfer Station Systems, and MSW Collection Systems. He also teaches the Landfill Operator Basics, NLC transfer stations, Landfill Gas Basics, Landfill Fire, Disaster Debris Management for the SWANA Northern Lights chapter.
