Dr. Kremen is a recognized leachate treatment authority with a proven track record of success in developing cost-effective solutions for intricate wastewater challenges. His comprehensive understanding encompasses a wide range of treatment technologies, allowing him to effectively address both conventional leachate constituents and emerging contaminants, including PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances). Dr. Kremen leverages his in-depth knowledge and nearly 30 years of experience to design and implement sustainable, efficient leachate treatment systems that meet stringent environmental regulations in a cost-effective manner. He also collaborates with a range of technical experts on research into innovative technologies for destructive PFAS treatment.

Dr. Kremen is an active member of the Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA), where he holds leadership positions as Chair of the Leachate and Landfill Liquids Committee and Director of the Landfill Management Division.
