Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be received in writing. Send cancellation requests to training@swana.org for review and processing. Cancellation requests received by April 21, 2025 will receive a 100% refund of the registration fee, less a $150 administration fee. SWANA invoices for no-shows. After April 21, 2025, you are responsible for the full amount of all items purchased in your registration.
