Besides being the national technical solid waste leader at Burns & McDonnell,Fred Doran is also the creator of the Minnesota PFAS Passive Receivers Group, comprised of solid waste managers (landfill, WTE, and composting), wastewater managers, laboratories, lobby representatives, and consultants. He facilitates monthly meetings to discuss state and federal issues/news, news from the various membership, technology, and analytical method updates. I has also convened meetings between this group and the MPCA to discuss and negotiate various aspects of PFAS legislation and regulation.
