Dan Bacehowski brings 24 years of technical and management experience to the integrated solid waste industry, including master planning with a focus on solid waste diversion program planning and development, operations assistance, regulatory reporting, facility permitting, and compliance guidance. Dan provides a visionary approach to materials management solutions and understands where to start the conversation regarding programs or technologies that divert materials from landfills. Dan is an active member of the Board of Directors for the Colorado Rocky Mountain and Iowa Chapters of SWANA. Dan recently managed the Statewide Needs Assessment in Colorado, associated with the Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) program, and is now assisting in developing the resulting Program Plan for Colorado, which includes stakeholder consultation and the approach to contamination control requirements and infrastructure investments.
