Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be received in writing. Send cancellation requests to training@swana.org for review and processing. Cancellation requests received by March 13, 2023, 11:30 pm ET will receive a 100% refund of the registration fee, less a $150 administration fee. After March 13, 2023, you are responsible for the full amount of all items purchased in your registration. SWANA invoices for no-shows.
