Live Thrive, a local non-profit, collaborated with The Recycling Partnership on the Do you Recycle? Challenge from Summer 2021 to Fall 2022. Within 12 months, 27 properties, including Atlanta Housing, Livable Buckhead, etc., representing nearly 5,000 residential housing units received improved recycling education. By training property managers and staff before the start of the program, delivering 25,000+ pieces of educational material to engage occupants and tracking data with Zabble's AI-powered contamination monitoring platform, the project was successful in driving measurable change. A community-based effort to provide equitable access to recycling programs and education material combined with granular data tracking helped the properties reduce contamination by 19% on average within eight weeks of participation.
