The goal of the SWANA's Waste Conversion and Energy Recovery Technical Division is to provide information and contacts about new technologies for converting waste into an expanded source for reliable and renewable power, to help improve waste-to-energy plant operations and innovation and to enhance the role of energy from waste as a valuable segment of an integrated solid waste management system.
