Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing. You may send your cancellation notices to swanasummits@swana.org for review and processing. Cancellation requests received by March 18, 2022, will receive a 100% refund of the registration fee less a $150 administration fee. Fees for tours or other events are non-refundable. SWANA invoices for no-shows. After March 18, 2022, you are responsible for the full amount of all items purchased in your registration.

Cancellation of Group Registrations: If a member of a group registration cancels prior to March 18, 2022, you may replace this registrant with another person in your organization. Send all changes or cancellations in writing to swanasummits@swana.org. If the number of participants in the group falls below 4 as a result of a cancellation before March 18, 2022, the registration fee for each group registrant will be recalculated to the appropriate member or nonmember rate plus an administration fee of $150 per cancelled registrant will be assessed to the group. Any remaining balance will be refunded. After March 2022, no changes can be made to the group registrations and you are responsible for the full amount of all items purchased in the group registrations.
