If we were to sum up Lee Silber's life in a song it would be, Don’t Stop Believin', by Journey. Silber is the best selling author of 25 books, an award-winning presenter, and the founder of five companies, none of which seemed likely when when his father sold the business he was poised to take over. Lee's father believed he was destined for bigger and better things, and he was right. Silber also began to believe he could do more and pursued his passion and opened his first retail store at the age of 24 (which grew into a chain of stores), wrote his first book at the age of 27 (making the best seller list two years later), and was hired as a presenter by the San Diego Padres at the age of 29. Much of this was possible because of his ability to set big goals, believe they were possible, and create simple and succinct mission statements to push him past any obstacles in the way.
