I have worked in the solid waste industry for 20 years, beginning as an equipment operator and working his way into his current leadership role as the Solid Waste Superintendent for the city of Goodyear Arizona. I am active member of the AZ SWANA Chapter and has SWANA certifications in Recycling and Integrated Solid Waste Systems. As a leader, I firmly believes that a strong safety and wellness programs plays a pivotal role in the success of the employees.
