Brad has 17 years with the City of Tacoma; 16 with Solid Waste division as a Collector Driver, 3 years a crew lead of Roll-off drivers and currently he is now serving as a Safety Coordinator. These roles have led him to realize his desire to teach and lead others, to help balance and promote a more safety conscious, efficient and sustainable culture at City of Tacoma Solid Waste. In his off time he loves spending as much time as he can with family, hunting, fishing, and hiking in the outdoors of the Pacific Northwest.
