Charles is a retired Army Warrant Officer who specialized in maintenance and logistics. He currently serves as the Operational Readiness Coordinator for two departments within the City of Goodyear. His duties include managing workplace safety, employee wellness, professional development, training and operational readiness. Charles is married to his wife Lindsey of 9 years and together they have 4 children
