The public expects integrity not only from elected and appointed officials, but from rank and file government workers as well.  Too often, however, both real and apparent ethical missteps in the public sector become front page news.

This will be an interactive, role-playing session — that is, audience comments and responses will help shape and direct the discussion.  The goal is to increase competence in identifying and handling vague, ambiguous or potentially compromising ethical situations.
