Chapter leaders share their best member engagement tactics that you can use in your own chapters. we will provide a high level summary of six different membership engagement activities and provide a downloadable resource package to assist chapters with planning and implement the activities.

• Chapter Training Sessions - How To Develop Champions To Organize Them And At The Same Time, Engage the Young. – Regional Director Kevin Roche (Northern New England Chapter) we will cover best practices in developing champions to deliver the top notch training and educational sessions for their Chapters without having one SWANA leader having to do it all. It also focuses on how to engage Schools, Students and Young Professionals (YPs) to participate in the process. The end result is a successful succession plan for your Chapters!
• Engaging Your Membership through an Awards Program. Regional Board Director Jim Skora (OH Buckeye Chapter) will be presenting tips and best practices for creating or updating your chapter awards program.
• Scholarship Programs. Regional Director Dana Blumberg(Mid-Atlantic Chapter) will share tips and best practices for creating or updating your chapter scholarship program.
