All cancellations must be received in writing. You may send your cancellation notices to email@example.com for review and processing. Cancellation requests received by December 3, 2022, will receive a 100% refund of the registration fee less a $150 administration fee. Fees for tours or other events are non-refundable. SWANA invoices for no-shows. After December 3, 2022, you are responsible for the full amount of all items purchased in your registration.
Cancellation of Group Registrations: If a member of a group registration cancels prior to December 3, 2022, you may replace this registrant with another person in your organization. Send all changes or cancellations in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. If the number of participants in the group falls below 4 as a result of a cancellation before December 3, 2022, the registration fee for each group registrant will be recalculated to the appropriate member or nonmember rate plus an administration fee of $150 per cancelled registrant will be assessed to the group. Any remaining balance will be refunded. After December 3, 2022, no changes can be made to the group registrations and you are responsible for the full amount of all items purchased in the group registrations.
