SWANA Event Code of Conduct:

All SOAR 2024 participants are expected to adhere to the SWANA Event Code of Conduct.

Cancellation Policy (Conference Registration)

Cancellation requests must be submitted in written form and sent to swanasummits@swana.org  for review and processing. Cancellation requests received by March 31, 2024 will receive a 100% refund, minus a $150 administration fee. SWANA invoices for no-shows. After March 31, 2024, you are responsible for the full amount of all items purchased in your registration.

Group Registration Cancellations: You may replace a group registrant with another person in your organization by sending the request via email to swanasummits@swana.org on or before March 31, 2024. If the number of participants in the group falls below four (4) as a result of a cancellation on or before March 31, 2024, the registration fee for each group registrant will be recalculated to the appropriate member or non-member rate, and a $150 administration fee per cancelled registrant will be assessed to the group. Any remaining balance will be refunded.  After March 31, 2024, no changes can be made to the group registration and you are responsible for the full amount of all items purchased in the group registration. All cancellations must be received in writing. You may send your cancellation notices to swanasummits@swana.org for review and processing. Cancellation requests received by March 31, 2024, will receive a 100% refund of the registration fee less a $150 administration fee. Fees for tours or other events are non-refundable. Until December 14, 2023: 50% of booth fee retained by SWANA
After December 14, 2023: 100% of booth fee retained by SWANA
