SOAR Sponsorship & Engagement Opportunities

Each Diamond Level Opportunity is Customized.  Here are a few examples of items that may be incorporated into your package

• Diamond Networking Event Sponsor - Host the SOAR  off-site networking event on Wednesday, April 17 in downtown Phoenix.  This event is the highlight of SOAR with food, drinks, music and other entertainment. 

• SWANA Climate Champion Package: As part of SWANA's strategic plan to host more sustainable events, provide branded, reusable beverage containers for attendees to use throughout the conference and reduce waste. 

Most Diamond Level Sponsorships include:

• Diamond Level sponsorships have exclusive opportunities to host a webinar for SWANA members.

• Diamond Level sponsorships have exclusive opportunities to host invitation-only events at SOAR such as small group meetings, focus groups, hosted receptions, etc.

• Catalyst sessions in your package. Catalyst sessions are an important part of the SOAR learning experience for solid waste and recycling leaders. These sessions draw a crowd to your booth!  Past catalyst sessions have drawn 10 to more than 25 people to a booth.  SWANA will scan attendees at your catalyst session and provide you with the names and contact information to follow up.  Each catalyst session is included in the SOAR digital conference agenda. Choose from several different types of formats to for your session such as:
  • Solution-centric presentations that introduce attendees to your products and services.
  • “Ask Me Anything” sessions with key company personnel to build relationships with current and prospective customers; or,
  • Host a new product launch or a virtual facility tour.

• Up to TEN complimentary SOAR attendee registration. 

• Your package may include items listed in other sponsor levels as well.

• Gold Networking Event Sponsor - Host the SOAR  off-site networking event on Wednesday, April 17 in downtown Phoenix.  This event is the highlight of SOAR with food, drinks, music and other entertainment. 

• SWANA Climate Champion Package: As part of SWANA's strategic plan to host more sustainable events, provide branded, reusable beverage containers for attendees to use throughout the conference and reduce waste.  (Up to 2 sponsors)

• Headshot Lounge: Includes a 10x10 space for the photographer that will be adjacent to your booth.  Photos are sent directly to each participant via email. In addition to being a crowd-pleaser, you’ll be driving a lot of traffic to your booth. As participants line up to have their photos taken, your company representatives have an opportunity to strike up meaningful conversations during the wait. (This sponsorship requires a booth rental) (Up to 2 sponsors)

• Branded Specialty Lounge Package:  Show your thought leadership by sponsoring one or more of these specialty lounges. The lounge is a 20x20 space that includes carpeting, one loveseat, and one coffee table.  You can add furnishings, electricity, etc. to this space, at an additional cost by renting it from our general contractor, Freeman.  (7 available)

• SOLD  SOAR Registration Desk:  Make a first impression with every SOAR attendee. Your company banner ad will be displayed on the SOAR registration pages of the website. Your logo will be included in the registration confirmation email which is sent to every SOAR registrant. The SOAR registration booth will include your branding. Your logo will be placed on the SOAR lanyards. Not only does it hold your name badge, but there is also room for business cards and other small items that keep your hands free for networking and learning. (1 available)

• Thought Leadership Package: Showcase your company as a thought leader in the industry by sponsoring one or more of the SOAR Conference session tracks. Tracks have been curated by each of the SWANA Technical Divisions.

• SOAR Sustainability Partner Package:  Help us to promote sustainable practices by sponsoring reusable beverage containers as well as help defray the cost of mitigating single-use food service items during the event whenever possible.

Most Gold level sponsorships include:

• Up to SEVEN complimentary SOAR attendee registration. 

• Catalyst sessions in your package. Catalyst sessions are an important part of the SOAR learning experience for solid waste and recycling leaders. These sessions draw a crowd to your booth!  Past catalyst sessions have drawn 10 to more than 25 people to a booth.  SWANA will scan attendees at your catalyst session and provide you with the names and contact information to follow up.  Each catalyst session is included in the SOAR digital conference agenda. Choose from several different types of formats to for your session such as:
  • Solution-centric presentations that introduce attendees to your products and services.
  • “Ask Me Anything” sessions with key company personnel to build relationships with current and prospective customers; or,
  • Host a new product launch or a virtual facility tour.

• Conference Breaks:  Make sure attendees stay fueled with coffee and beverages throughout the conference. Relax and take a break with SOAR attendees. Silver Sponsors host the coffee breaks held throughout SOAR

• Catalyst Package: Host two 20-minute sponsor-produced sessions in your exhibit booth for SOAR attendees. Catalyst sessions are an important part of the SOAR learning experience for solid waste and recycling leaders.
